Development of individually approved raw materials through industry-academia cooperation

Through joint R&D with specialized industry-academia research institutes, UniBio Food Research Institute developed lettuce seeds based on the sleep-inducing ingredient "Lactucin (Black Harang)" and, through collaboration with local government agencies, successfully completed cultivation and commercialization. This achievement not only secured individually approved raw materials but also facilitated their commercialization as high-value-added functional ingredients
